Elodea
Elodea can be found in many ponds, and other bodies of water. Elodea is unique because you can plant it or let it float. Elodea is native to north america. elodea is common in many aquariums. Some times the elodea sends a small white stem with a flower up to the surface, this is how thet reproduce. It's kingdom is plantae, or it's a plant.

Duckweed
Duckweed is found floating on the surfaces of many bodies of water. Duckweed is actually a family of plants. The scientific name arceae. These plants rarely flower, instead they bud. Occasionally they do flower, by very rarely. One type of theis plant holds the world record for smallest flower. 0.03 millimeters. These plants provide food for ducks, waterfowl, and are eaten by some humans in Asia.
